UPDATE 1-Union Agriculture Group sees IPO at $13-$15 per share

July 11 (Reuters) - Uruguay's Union Agriculture Group Corp
filed with U.S. regulators on Monday to sell about 14.3 million
shares at $13-$15 per share in an initial public offering.
